Upcoming Event !! A 1st annual, "Walk for Water" event, raising funds and awareness as "H2O for Those Who Thirst." This years event will benefit water purification efforts in Ghana West Africa. Currently three villages are slated to be trained on / empowered to purify water from their local sources. Helping to prevent diarrhea and the host of diseases this condition opens people, especially children up to. Join us in July for the mission trip. Exact Date To Be Announced - Stay Tuned! |

Liberian President visits Greenville, SC and Waters Edge was there!

We keep our ear to the pavement about what is going on in the world concerning finding and delivering solutions for clean water to a world in need. The first and only female President of an African nation was in Greenville to receive an honorary Doctorate in Humanities from Furman University as well as aid in raising awareness and funds for clean water solutions in her country of Liberia. It was a great evening and event that we very much enjoyed and look forward to following up on the contacts that GOD arranged. We love what the Lord is doing through the folks at Water of Life. It was refreshing to see these young folks, lifting their voices and sharing their gifts for the LORD.
Anita Tarlton, JJ & David Heller and David Lee Waters Sr.,
met at Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Charlotte, NC on Mar. 01, 2009.
David & JJ played an extended set during the Sunday morning service.
